We now offer telephone appointments. If you feel that your problem can be dealt with over the telephone e.g. a medication query or a renewal of a medical certificate please ask the receptionist for a telephone appointment. We may also ask the doctor to call you back if we have no available appointments left to book on the day, the doctor will then decide if you need to be seen urgently or if you can wait for a routine appointment. We have been trialing the telephone appointments for six weeks now and it has proven to be very successful and popular with our patients.
