Your personal and health information is really important. So we are making some changes to how we collect and use that data. They all reflect the rights and protection you are entitled to under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This comes into effect on 25th May 2018.

In order for us to communicate effectively with you we need you to actively opt in to receive certain communications from us, please fill in this form (below) and send it back to us via email as soon as possible. You will need to fill this in to continue to receive texts from us and allow someone else to collect your prescription on your behalf.
