No appointments will be booked by the Reception team so please do not attend the Surgery as from Monday 16th March our front doors will be closed to walk – in patients. Do not turn up at the Surgery, as you will be turned away for clinical triage first.
Please phone the Surgery on the day you wish to be seen, at which time your request will be dealt with. You will be called back by one of the team later that day. No appointments will be made on your initial conversation with the Receptionist.
We will be encouraging patients to use ENGAGE Consult for Online Consultations. You will need to fill out the detailed health questionnaire for the clinicians to be able to assist you.
We will be releasing online telephone triage appointments ONLY. These slots are only 2 minutes long and are for clinicians to carry an initial assessment of your need. (more…)
