Please note, medical requests should not be submitted as an administration query as these are not monitored as regularly. 

Out of Hours

If you have an urgent medical problem that will not wait until normal surgery hours please telephone 111. You will be given help and advice on how to access the appropriate medical treatment. Telephone calls are recorded and monitored for training purposes.

You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help.
